Lack of understanding is not a failure, but if you do not admit that you have a knowledge gap, it might lead to a conflict that can have a more significant impact on you or your business. In my workshops, I want you to develop a fundamental understanding of digital marketing to build your own point of view before discussing complex matters of the data-driven landscape.
Depending on my job, I will analyse your strengths and weaknesses to consider an action plan and explore the opportunity of connecting you with colleagues or friends who might be able to fill your gaps so that you can operate together more effectively.
